I really struggled to even make pasta and grated cheese today lol. Like I was breathing so heavily. It's like since this diagnosis of aspergers and ADHD all these suppressed emotions are coming out the woodwork. Ah I'm working on support locally but yeah lol

Hi
Sorry to hear how this is affecting you . Being diagnosed can be daunting you need to talk this through with right support
Does your gp or specialist give you any advice -
Hello @Warrior_29
Something to keep in mind, diagnosis does not change who you are.
It can be a lot to process, especially if you were not expecting it and you may need time to adjust and understand what it means for you. Just give yourself time to process it.
As an individual I stood alone.
As a member of a group I did things.
As part of a community I helped to create change! -
Hi @Warrior_29 As the others have said, you might need some time to process your diagnoses. Just try and take it one day at a time, and allow yourself the space to feel how you're feeling.
It's good to hear you're looking for some local support. Is that something your GP is helping you with?
