It's not a high success rate at MR, but you have to do one in order to progress to tribunal where the success rate is much higher.

Not to sure of the exact rate they have been more successful recently through pandemic but still remain low . As above tribunal rate is a lot higher
If you think you deserve higher award then it is worth pursuing
Maybe get some advice from welfare rights -
