    It might also be an idea to keep to one reply at a time and not multiple replies. Then allow people to reply.

    I unfortunately don’t have an answer in relation to dating apps and sites, as I firstly don’t use them and secondly not a fan of them. 

    The statement of “everyone has a girlfriend” well that’s not true , there is plenty out there that are single.

    You receive support for your mental health every six months? Okay, thank you for providing that information. Have you spoken with your GP about the possibility of arranging further support, if you are finding your mental health difficult to handle lately?
