Had quite a bit of wine yesterday and feel tired and a bit fed up today. Anybody got any tips. I can't exercise

Drink plenty to rehydrate eat as well , and yes if you can a little walk or just listen to some music and sleep it off -

i had chicken in spanish saauce with cauliflower rice i had a greek yogurt as well im dieting so its quite low carb and calorie
