PIP payment due tomorrow, but I still haven't received my report. Will I get it?

So basically I had my telephone assessment on 12th April, I rang a week later 20th April to get report sent out, they sent a cover letter but no report in it which I then rang them to explain what has happened and get another sent out and that was Friday past there, still waiting on the report to arrive but I’m due a pip payment tomorrow, will I get it?

If you have a current award and this was a review as long as your current award hasn't run out you will get paid 

Nothing will change till a decision has been made
