1. I get enhanced rate PIP im also on esa and get severe disability premium I'm possibly starting work 25 hours per week would I lose my severe disability premiums
2. I live with my mother who also is on enhanced pip and she receives disability premium to she is 68 and isn't on esa, would she too lose her disability premium
Thanks in advance

If you work 25 hours/week you will no longer be entitled to ESA at all.
Permitted Work which does not affect entitlement to ESA is restricted as detailed here
https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/employment-and-support-allowance-permitted-work-form/permitted-work-factsheet
Your PIP* is not affected so your mother will still be entitled to the SDP in her Pension Credit.
*If your health has changed such that you no longer have the same degree of difficulty that gave rise to your PIP award then you should report this and your PIP would be reassessed. If you did lose a Daily Living PIP then your mother would lose the SDP.0 -
