Hi @Clidaras2021 You can email supporttowork@scope.org.uk to find out more about the service, which it seems like you've done. I'm sure that they have a high volume of emails coming in at the moment, and that they'll get back to you as soon as they can.
To access the service, you'll need to create an account, and then register for the service. Here's the link to create an account. It's a busy service, so you might have to wait for a little bit until they get back to you. I'm not sure how long the waiting time is, but if you haven't heard back after a little while then please do come back to us and we can ask whether they've received your request.1 -
