Welcome to the community @Eunner :) Thanks for joining, and for asking your question. Just to let you know, I've moved your post into our PIP category, and renamed it slightly, so that it's easier for other members to find.

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't get the PIP award you'd hoped for. Am I right in thinking that this was after a PIP review? What had you been claiming PIP for previously?

When you say you've written them a letter, have you put in a mandatory reconsideration

yes, I was claiming PIP AND I SENT OF  Mandatory claim form a few days ago fingers crossed. it's going to work out for me this time the phone nurse did not take on bored what I said plus he did not send me the recording which I asked to be recoreded. the phone call was about cutting my money and I am worse now than I was before. nothing changed in 4 years with I can hardly walk but got 0 points because I go for a jog sometimes to lift my mood and to get me out of the house otherwise stack in 24.7 I also got 0 points for this I,m  quite hopefully I get it but there trying to cut the money people are getting so they will not try to get it as its such hard work to even try. to much hard work for someone like me who has ADHD, IT OVERWEALMS ME. I SAID PLENTY AND AGUED MY POINTS THAT'S GOT AND EXPLAINED WHY I CANT NOT DO THINGS FOR MYSELF THANK YOU.

    Hi @Eunner

Please let us know how the Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) goes.

One word of advice is that it's important to familiarise yourself with the PIP activities and descriptors assessors use when allocating points.  You need to include detailed examples of the last time you attempted an activity - including who was there/what happened/what the consequences were - to illustrate exactly how your impairment impacts your ability to carry it out.  Also, as taken from this pipinfo webpage
To be assessed as able to carry out an activity to the level described in a descriptor, a claimant must satisfy the descriptor “reliably”, that is: safely, to an acceptable standard, repeatedly and in reasonable time.
Therefore, when doing an MR or if it comes to appeal at a tribunal (fingers crossed it won't), it's important to focus on evidencing why you should have got points for certain activities, rather than highlighting what you believe were errors in the original report.  I do understand your frustration but the onus is on getting you the award you deserve.
