@mosharp good afternoon and welcome to scope, hope you enjoy being part of the community.
I suppose the question has to be why do you think you should have been put in the lcwra group ?2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡 -
Hi and welcome on board
Sorry you didnt get lcwra and of course we will be happy to help where we can
The next stage is mandatory reconsideration
There is lots 8f advice in our uc section and also welfare rights may help
But ask away if there are any questions you have -
I feel that I have met the criteria on coping with change. Only received decision today so need to ask for written decision first but don't know under which category in my journal to request this
-
How was you
notified of the decision ? Is this not the written decision
The best way to get it noticed on your journal is to put it as either a payment query or service issue then hopefully your case manager will pick it up
Or you could ring to ask for a copy -

@calcotti it says on the letter I received in my journal that I can ask for a written explanation
-
On mine, it does say that you or someone who has authority to act for you, can phone, or use your journal to request a written explanation.
-
@Leigh14 that's what I've done?
-
@mosharp, good luck with it all.
-
@Leigh14 thank you ?
