Hi ya my name jord here my question I have mild leaving diffuctiles Austin and a illness so excuses if I don't understand problem but I think this is my right.
In most cases, the LCWRA element is awarded after a 3 month waiting period beginning on the day you provide medical evidence. If it takes longer than 3 months to carry out your Work Capability Assessment the element you are awarded will be backdated to this point and you will be paid any amount owing.
Last year in August I had to resign working because my illness has stopped me from working and getting worst.
I only got my first LCWRA given to me in May I resigned im end kpf August last year started applied fit notes and given medical evidence in September I even spoken to cizten advice on help they also said I'm entitled to and wrote on my journal but there still no reply what can I do for legal advice this is horrible all I want it what I'm.entiled to and all ive been doing is fight and fight and fight with no reply and also.being.cut.off on the phone 5 times to them

Hi there
You are correct it should be backdated to 3 full months after you reported the condition
Put a note in your journal mark it payment query then your case manager should see it or failing that give them a calm0
