Hi ya my name jord here my question I have mild leaving diffuctiles Austin and a illness so excuses if I don't understand problem but I think this is my right.
In most cases, the LCWRA element is awarded after a 3 month waiting period beginning on the day you provide medical evidence. If it takes longer than 3 months to carry out your Work Capability Assessment the element you are awarded will be backdated to this point and you will be paid any amount owing.
Last year in August I had to resign working because my illness has stopped me from working and getting worst.

Hi there
You are correct it should be backdated to 3 full months after you reported the condition
Put a note in your journal mark it payment query then your case manager should see it or failing that give them a calm
