Update on my PIP claim

Hi all
just an update, I requested MR on 6th April via phone and DWP received my further evidence on 16th April. Just today I received a courtesy call from someone from DWP saying that they’ll be looking at my claim again tomorrow, and that he can see I’ve been calling a lot to inquire about the progress so he just wanted to let me know a decision is being made. He also said that ‘I will definitely be awarding you PIP’ but that he couldn’t tell me at what rate, as he hasn’t gone through all of my additional evidence yet.
My claim was on mental health grounds mainly (anxiety and panic disorder, depression, PTSD, agoraphobia) and some physical conditions as well. I scored 0 points following assessment.

Also, interestingly, the guy sounded exactly like the person who did my PIP assessment and also had the same name! Very strange!

It won’t be the same person because it would of been a health care professional that completed the assessment and it’s a decision maker from the DWP that looks at the MR.

Yea I know it can’t be the same person, but just very interesting that he had the exact same accent and name ?
