Hello everyone,
My baby brother (47 ?) was born with Rubinstein Taybi syndrome, a rare genetic disease. He has severe learning disability and lots of health problems just to add to it!
Last year our Mum sadly passed away so Steven moved in with my family as he needs 24 hour care.
I want to ask advice on Court Protection orders but will leave that for another day as just wanted to say hello for now.
