Hi :-) I think it's the same account and sort code so should be same to pay into? Its only if sort code and account number change you need to tell them?0

Hi @cupcake88 - I'm so sorry you're still struggling with the medication side-effects. Please be assured that a new bank card won't cause a problem. As mentioned, it's the same bank account, & that's what matters. I've had new bank cards & it didn't change a thing as my PIP was still going into the same account. Sending you hugs, xx0

@cupcake88 Just to add some more reassurance, you will definitely still get your PIP payment. You'd only need to inform them if your banking details - account number/sort code - had changed.
I'm sorry to hear your anxiety isn't good Are you still getting enough support from your mental health care team?0 -
Hi every one thanks for the reassurance. I’m not feeling good at all I’ll reply to every one soon. Xxx thanks again for all your support xx0

Up until last year I was always breaking cards! They were in my wallet in my back pocket and get sat on in the car and benches etc, had loads of replacements and never had to tell PIP or ESA.
Interestingly, because of the switching guarantee, I also didn't have to tell them when I changed bank accounts - it's all done for us now as long both banks are part of the guarantee.1 -
Thanks so much for all your advice and help I feel much better now .0
