Work travel, railway season ticket

I currently work on the railway, and I’m having to pay £270 a month for my work season ticket, I’m also in receipt of a London freedom pass, is it right that as a railway employee who is in receipt of pass because of my disability is that I should have to pay £270 a month for a work season ticket?
