    Scope has been a lifeline these past months for me, even though I don't post often I read daily and learn valuable information which sometimes I pass on to other members in need now. I don't communicate often with people in real life through bad anxiety but I have found I can do it here without worry or judgement.

    So a massive thankyou to all the staff, volunteers and members that make scope happen this is truly a valuable and vital service to alot of people. I just wish I could do more to help in some way.
