Hi there
I jyst think this is a case of your work coach trying to organise their appointments
Not really fair to dis credit dwp
I know they are not always the best but everywhere is suffering due to staffing issues , backlogs and huge amounts of new claims from those affected by job losses1 -
The problem with DWP is they don't normally act in the best interest of claimants. DWP is mainly use as a political football and designed to save money, and punish the vulnerable people.
Speaking as someone and many many others that have suffered injustice, I can confirm DWP deserves all the sticks it gets.0
