Hi is there some help available somewhere on this site to help me put my mandatory reconsideration in? I've got my decision today obviously not the one I wanted i was awarded more points by the decision maker than the assessment report which I'm pleased about. I just want to know the best way to do this or should I seek advice from someone to help me? Thanks all ?

Hi @Lou67 just wanted to say stay strong hun! And sorry you need to take it further! But I'm sure you will get the right support here and be able to get the decision you need! I wish I'd of asked here for support when I got my negative decision or before I sent my original MR off but only found it after? I have had lots of good suggestions and support since and even sent off a rewritten MR with better information etc so your defo doing the right thing! ??0

In my opinion, PIP decisons etc are all a complete con.... They turn you down because they can.
Just had ZERO points for my 17 years old son. Half the stuff they claimed they've either got wrong, guessed, or just made it up.
We had the same years ago when he claimed DLA. Went to tribunal. They even said in the tribunal that there was no reason why he should ever have been rejected. We got it all backdated in the end.
Don't give up...
