Breakfast was protein shake. Lunch was a Ginsters chicken slice. But I've also eaten two egg & cress sandwiches and a bag of mixed nuts.

@Wheeled_Weapon That sounds nutritious! I am trying to lose weight ahead of getting a powerchair. The no beer is also helping.

@Ranald Tea was a chopped up smokey sausage fried with onions, garlic and wholegrain rice, with Scotch Bonnet chilli sauce poured over the top. Proper athlete me 🤣

I've only had one pint in the past two weeks. Was stopping at too many pubs on my longer treks, pass two each way on my ten mile loop 🤣 It's a good argument that a couple of pints loosens my shoulder muscles but hardly healthy on the long term.

Some cearly competition cyclists used to cheat with a couple of bottles of beer before a race. Lance's grandad, lol.
