    Beans and cheese on sourdough toast with a cup of coffee for lunch I had a chicken and Houmus wrap with a cup of tea with my emergency medication as I have a horrible cold with a sore throat.

    Yes, I tend to go to bed really late and get up really late.  I find it easier to cope when it's quiet.
