    I usually have a bowl of cornflakes with sugar on at breakfast.

    I live in a nursing home and they have 2 options to choose from the menu. A main meal and a sweet, so it depends.

    I like pasta based meals. So having spag bol on the menu, was a treat!

    For breakfast I had beans on sourdough toast with some cheese sprinkled on top and I'm going out for lunch do not quite sure what I'm getting for lunch

    My mums partner brought me back a delicious, still fresh pretzel from Germany. So that was a lovely lunch.

    Haha, yup!  I usually have other brands of noodle, Pot Noodles are a rare treat for when I want something really bad for me. :D

    Lunch was a homemade toasted cheese sandwich and a glass of Cranberry juice.

    Dinner is going to be (again home made) a prawn curry.

    Thanks @Rosie_Scope for breakfast I had porridge with banana on top and for lunch I had a wrap and a cuppa tea.  I will add a photo so you know I'm not just going out every day I cropped my face out of it. Bought the mug from the Scope store I volunteer in

    How long have you had the dogs for this time @Ada?

    I had a coffee for breakfast as wasn't feeling hungry. Still trying to decide lunch although it's getting a little late now.
