Breakfast is the time I take a lot of meds so I always have a couple of biscuits with my cup of tea. And when I get hungry I'll see what I've got in the kitchen. Don't really have fixed mealtimes as such now. I used to cook and loved baking. But now I find it difficult physically.
My downfall is snacking! Case in point yesterday. Opened a packet of cheese biscuits in the morning and by bedtime they'd mysteriously vanished! I blame the dog!😆😆
