Have you, or anyone you know, have had confiscation order made against them in the past?. Was a decision made that you were not entitled to benefits while you hold the money in your account? Please contact the office which made the decision and ask for a review. Quote to them the Upper Tribunal caselaw, KK v Liverpool City Council, CH/1766/2019 where it says property subjected to a confiscation order has a nil value.
