Ooft you were up late baking away. I can virtually smell the wafts of chocolate cake from where I'm sat. Did you teach yourself how to bake or watch a family member growing up?
I can't wait to see some pics of the progress and your loved ones and friends are very lucky to have you as their master cake-baker! I think the most I've ever baked was a coffee cake with coffee buttercream, enjoyable but took some doing

All credit to you I know too well the work that goes into them
I used to do them before I was disabled too hard now from my wheelchair and now being partially sighted
I do bake but only simple decoration now
I did a few weeks on a course b4 I had to pack it in
