I got very excited today

I had a letter come through this morning from my hospital I thought one of my many  appointments  has come at long last .when opened it it was an appointment for physio only to find it is a phone/video consultation. I would rather see them face to face and yes I have spoken to them on the phone before ..but just wondering how the video part works...has anyone else had this sort of letter if so how did it work for the video part
