Hi and welcome to the community
Treat the review as if it is a new claim
Detail how you are affected against all the relevant descriptors giving 2 examples of what happens when you try and do the task
Good luck let us know how you get on

Welcome to the community @kellyblanch
Just to make you aware, I've renamed your post and moved it into our PIP category.
As Janer1967 has said, it's important that you refresh yourself on the PIP descriptors (pipinfo.net), and where you might score points. Do you have a copy of the form you filled in?0 -
I do have a copy my assessment is today, I was diagnosed after my review forms went it, it’s taken 8 months for the appointment to come in so my mental health has worsened since then.. My anxiety is thru the roof and I’m panicking like crazy Incase I say the wrong things and lose my award ???0

Hi @kellyblanch - & welcome to the community. There's also some info here that you may find useful: https://www.mentalhealthandmoneyadvice.org/en/welfare-benefits/pip-mental-health-guide/help-with-your-pip-claim/pip-review-process/ you will see this also links to how to fill in a PIP form, which is relevant as far as depression, etc. goes. Please see: https://www.mentalhealthandmoneyadvice.org/en/welfare-benefits/pip-mental-health-guide/help-with-your-pip-claim/how-to-fill-in-the-pip-form/Those 2 detailed examples for each applicable descriptor are so important. Try & say when it happened, why, did anyone witness it, what exactly happened, & were there any consequences (how did it make you feel afterwards) to attempting/doing each of the applicable descriptors? You won't say the wrong thing......just explain how it is in your own words. You can do this. Good luck.
Edit: Sorry, it's for your assessment, so if perhaps you haven't given a couple of detailed real life examples on your review form, try & do so now with your assessment.

Best of luck for today then @kellyblanch
I know it's easier said than done, but try not to worry too much about it.
Remember that you can always ask them to repeat a question if you need them to, and to answer the questions as fully as you can. Take some deep breaths and drink some water- you'll get through it!0 -
Thank you, I’ll let you know when it’s over xx0
