HI Folks
I was on a coach yesterday on a day trip. The first one for eighteen months...yayyy.
Whilst on the coach I became bored. So to entertain myself, but more importantly to keep my mind alert I started to play this game.
I noticed a tree, so I had to name two makes of car beginning with T(ree)
Toyota and TVR.
This became boring and I cannot see this type of game keeping my mind sharp.
Can anyone suggest/advise pls on a (Mind) game that I can do at anytime. Which help to keep my mind sharp. This includes no external influences such as books or anything like that.
Thank you
