Hi @Timeout - & welcome to the community. It looks like you currently have a standard award for the daily living component of PIP. A new diagnosis doesn't mean you always have to report a 'change of circumstances,' which triggers a new PIP claim. What you need to do is look at the PIP activities/descriptors & see if having panic attacks would mean you would get sufficient points to change your daily living award to an enhanced one, or if it might mean you might get awarded the mobility component. If you haven't seen them, here is a list of the descriptors: https://www.cambridgeshire.gov.uk/asset-library/Personal-Independence-Payment-Descriptors-and-Scores-April-2021.pdf
You should seek advice before asking for a change of circumstances, as everyone's situation is different. You could look for some local advice here: https://advicelocal.uk/ Hope this helps, but please come back with any questions.
