Regarding UC and tbe capacity for work assessments Does a pip award and its rate affect the decision or outcome of the capacity for work assessment?
Does the capacity for work application always involve a face to face assessment or telephone assessment?
While the lower rate of capacity for work relates to claims before 2017, does this make it much harder for claims made after 2017 being that they appear to be only entitled to the lcwra.

Hi there
Pip has no affect on work capability claims
They are different benefits with different criteria
The majority of assessment are still phone rather than f2f but this could change
You can still be awarded lcw but there is no additional payment for this. Only lcwra pays any extra since the change you mention
It is meeting the criteria that counts not about it being any harder to get it
