Sons now got to be reassessed again, this is the 3rd or 4rh time consultant tells every time, this  is permanently his problem
He has to appaleal every time? He wins why put a person. Through this and pay no interest on his payment

    Unfortunately that is the system 

    Lots of us have conditions that will never change me including 

    I have sight loss and 1 leg amputated but still have review 

    I would suggest if it always goes to appeal you get some expert help with the form completion
