we are a  Buddhist monastery and charity  in sri lanka and conduct meditation on line free of charge and also we also  also  two weeks residential programme at our monastery for those who like to practice meditation , our monastery is near elephant border in sri lanka , many wild elephants, peacock, deer, bear and many animals are friends of us who come to monastery
