Unhappy with response from Parliamentary Ombudsman

For anyone thinking of escalating their complaint to the Parliamentary Ombudsman, I really wouldn’t bother, [Removed by moderator - presenting opinion as fact, libel]
my response from the Parliamentary Ombudsman was ...
we could not make a robust decision on the balance of probability and therefore have decided not to take your complaint any further.
The assessors judgemental opinion (who do not have to be medically trained) contradicted five forms of medical evidence I provided from my heath professionals with regard to a condition that has no known cure.
Despite that this assessment was also a reviewed assessment in which the DWP had stopped all my award saying my circumstances had changed as advised by IAS, despite an overturned appeal the Parliamentary Ombudsman could still not make a robust decision on the balance of probability.

Hi @jenn2008
I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the response you've received from the Parliamentary Ombudsman.
Please do give us some further information about your situation if you feel comfortable doing so. This could help us to see what your options are moving forward.
I've removed a small part of your post for breaking our house rules. I can appreciate that you'd be upset if you didn't get the result you were hoping for but we don't allow defamatory comments on the community, or for an opinion to be presented as fact.
