LEAP ( reviews regarding the change of law). Has anyone been contacted? What's the criteria?

I would like t know everything possible regarding LEAP,  if some of you were contacted by DWP regarding pip back payments and what's the criteria..

The DWP say that they will contact those in whom they feel an award should have been given, or if additional points might change their award from standard to enhanced, but only those.
