Hi and welcome to the community
A review is in essence a new claim and you should treat it as such both on the form and during the assessment
You can get no award , the same award or a higher or lower award1 -

As is often stated, medical evidence on it's own doesn't necessarily help with getting a PIP award whether an initial claim, or a review. What matters is giving your own individual response as to the functional problems you face with regard to the PIP descriptors.

Hope Mike's illustrations have helped. I was going to say imagine a dozen people with your disorder......they may likely be affected differently, even tho deterioration might be expected. As Mike says, unless you give evidence to show such a deterioration which would potentially gain you more points as against the PIP descriptors it is irrelevant. So, your medical condition in essence doesn't matter; it's how it affects you with relevance to the PIP descriptors.
