I'm appealing to PIP tribunal. Should I resubmit evidence given in my initial application?

I applied for PIP a while back, and I've recently got back my mandatory reconsideration notice declining my appliaction, so I'm currently writing a document for the appeal.

I've looked at the appeal system on gov.uk, and it asks me to submit any evidence I want the tribunal to consider. Should I resubmit all the evidence I previously gave to DWP in my initial application and for the mandatory reconsideration? Or will the tribunal already have access to all of that evidence?

Thanks

Joe

    Hi @Joe__F

Good luck with your tribunal appeal.  I'd second getting a rep to give you the best chance possible, how do you feel about doing that?

Just to let you know, I've amended the title of your thread to help others find it and reply.  Best wishes and please keep us posted.

As said anything already submitted should be handed to the tribunal. I ended up with a adjournment as dwp ‘missed’ some of my evidence. I had my appeal by telephone on Monday and won standard for both daily living and mobility. It’s all very daunting and has took me 11 months but stick at it and get what you’re entitled to. Good luck

Yes that’s what I said it should be handed to the tribunal by the dwp but some of mine went missing
