Would getting a kick scooter harm my eligibility for PIP, mobility standard component?

Years ago before Gout and Arthritis started to set in I had a Kick Scooter. Now in this time I used one I never had any aches or pains.
I was reading on a Kick Scooter forum someone who was oldish was dependent on a walker. One of them manual pieces of equipment you walk either and when need be have a sit for a rest.
And asked this forum if a Kick Scooter would help?
To cut a long story short this person was recommended a Kick Scooter and after a years use he did not need the mobility walker.
He was mobile again.

I'm thinking of getting one again. To help with my Gout Arthritis. But...
I get the lower rate of PIP Mobility, which is a God send.
I have some, putting it politely trouble stirring neighbours. I guarantee that if I did have another one then they would be stirring it. Reporting me.

What are people's views on this?
Technically I would not be walking long distances because of the Scooter. It would be less stress on my legs. I'd be exercising my legs.
Do you think if I had one then it would harm my eligibility for PIP, mobility lower component.

One final point.
I'd rather have relatively painless legs than struggle around and receive benefit.

I hope folks can see my point of view.
Thank you
