Hi there
The estimated wait for a decision is 8 to 10 weeks but there are no fixed timescales0 -
Thank you Janer for reply ,do you know if I can contact them please?

You can contact them yes bur it won't really get you very far
All you will do is wait in a queue for about an hour then speak to an outsourced call handler who will probably j6st tell you it 8s with a decision maker
But it's up to you0 -
Ok thank you0

Hello @nannaG8 and a warm welcome to our community.
You might see that I've amended the title of your post, that's just to make it more visible to other people who might be wondering the same
Unfortunately, we aren't able to give you a reliable time-frame for a decision. There are lots of delays at the moment due to PIP experiencing increased demand, and other factors related to COVID-19, so unfortunately many others are in your position.
I will keep my fingers crossed you hear something sooner rather than later. Please let us know how you get on and good luck.1 -

I'm sorry to hear she didn't get the award she was hoping for @annie4. Is she confident in knowing how to submit a Mandatory Reconsideration (MR)?0
