    Hi and welcome to the community 

    The only way to get a copy is to call them 

    However they only supply paper copies 

    You will have to scan it to get a digital copy

    Welcome to the community, how are you? Good to see you join us. 

    As mentioned above, getting a physical copy and then scanning the document using your phone, tablet or printer is currently the best way to get a digital copy of the award letter, because I don't think the DWP distribute digital versions.
