Pip money pending no letter

Hi ahi all, I started my pip claim back in November 2020, only had my assessment start of this month- they have sent me no letter but I have £815 pending from them. I cannot for the life of me work out this payment !
any ideas ? 
I’m new to all this

    Very often a payment reaches your account before you get the letter.

    Thank you but I don’t understand the payment of £815 I can’t work it out- I don’t want to appear ungrateful but this has been running since November ??

    The best thing to do is wait for the letter, although if you give them a call they might be able to tell you over the telephone.
