How do you know if you are having a paper based assessment?

    Hi there 

    You will know if you get awarded without the assessment 

    Or if they call you to just ask few questions without getting an appointment for an assessment

    I was at the home treatment team and they told me that pip have send them form to fill in

    That doesn't mean it is paper based assessment 

    If you put them down on your form they do sometimes contact for more information 

    I hope you do get paper based but they are not common
