Just had a 2 hour phone assessment from IAS as a review of my current PIP.First of all I was rang to be told the assessor would be calling later than arranged. Eventually 2 hours later.Ok no big deal. Then developed signal problems with my mobile phone which meant the assessment was done over my landline. The issue I have is the assessor could hear me but for whatever reason I could barely hear her and repeatedly asked her to repeat the question.Do I make a complaint to IAS & DWP before my decision. I feel this was unfair to me in what was an extremely exhausting process.
