Should I cancel MR?

Hello, I was recently assessed my telephone for a review of PIP, I lost enhanced mobility and got standard instead, I have asked for a MR but thinking of cancelling because I don't want to lose what I get and it's causing me great anxiety, Is it quite common for people to lose a lower award when asking for MR? Or is it just likely to stay the same? I don't know what to do

Hello @tarcuran454 - & welcome to the community. With a MR, it most usually stays the same, but some get an increase in their award. It's rare for you to get a lower award, so please don't worry.1

Update: Hello, I got a telephone call today from a DM and my award has been increased. To say I am over the moon is an understatement, thank you for the advice you gave me to not cancel the MR I am very grateful, and anyone who has a lower award than you think you qualify for don't put up with it and make do because it is scary, life is hard enough for disabled people and we deserve what help is available. Thank you again.4
