In the 12 months before you claimed Universal Credit, were there any gaps in your employment?

It's not unusual for them to ask for fit notes but these shouldn't been needed because you were previously claiming ESA so this award should transfer to UC, as advised.
Did you put a message onto your journal as advised by Calcotti? If you haven't then you should do that and tell them that you were previously claiming ESA and tell them which group you were in for this and point out to them that your award should have transferred with you.
Although as with ESA they can reassess you at anytime.
Yes I told them all the way down the Journal. This was the message they replied to in the payments part I said: Hello and good evening. Any update on my transfer from ESA support to UC? Still do not have info on the LCWRA element being added to the claim like it should in a ESA support migration based on legislation."

It's hard for me to get a fit note as I have agoraphobia and been house bound for a long time.

Hi @hiunique :) I was just wondering whether you're receiving enough support for your mental health at the moment? It's understandable that you'd be feeling fed up, and I hope that you can resolve this issue soon.

Hi Tori thanks for the reply. I currently get no support. I tried but felt* mistreated and fobbed off so gave up.

I'm sorry to hear that @hiunique, you shouldn't have been made to feel that way. Do you mind me asking which service made you feel mistreated and fobbed off?

If you're interested in accessing some talking therapy, and live in England, you could try using the IAPT service. This allows you to self-refer for therapy, so long as you're registered with a GP.
