Hi, I’m designing more stylish accessible furniture, what are some of the main issues that you in counter with products. My pet peeve with most of the products on the market is that they all seem to have a very clinical look to them. Thanks

    Hi and welcome to the community 

    For myself as an amputee it's the height of chairs sofas etc if too low can't get up off them into wheelchair

    @janer1967 mine is the opposite. I find them too high to get on. Why is everything so bland? My showerchair grey and white, my powerchair black which cant be seen in the dark by anyone (no idea how social care equipment get away with this as it is an accident waiting to happen. Where does Adult Safeguarding come in this or are we not allowed to go out at night? ?

    I know!! It’s very frustrating just coz we’re disabled doesn’t mean everything has to be so bland and depressing
