What can I expect at my neuro rehabilitation phone appointment

Hi guys me again, I’ve just booked myself in For my first neuro rehabilitation appointment. It’s got to be over the phone due to Covid apparently. Never been to rehab before so just wondering what to expect..

    Hi @katy94 how have you been? I've had neurophysiotherapy myself but not conducted over the phone, so am unable to say for certain what it would entail. I hope you get on well with physio :)

    Hi ami, I’ve been ok thanks, how about you? I too have been to Neuro physio in person too, but she referred me on to rehab. Don’t understand why they can’t see me in person..

    I've been well thank you :) My physio sessions started again back in May when it became safe to do so, with restrictions slowly easing. Maybe this call could be about how you've been, any exercises you have managed to do at home, and maybe what you hope to progress with the new round of physio sessions. That's what happened when I went back in May, but as I say, I'm not entirely sure. Hopefully it is just a general chat like what I had :)
