It can sometimes be tricky finding the right number to call. You might find it helpful to put your postcode into this gov.uk page, which should take you to the right page for your local council. When I put my postcode in, I could click on the relevant link to find a phone number for help with timescales and applications etc.Online Community Coordinator, she/her
