Evening folks how's everyone doing tonight ? I had my phone assessment on Monday past , then received text from DWP the following day saying they have got HCP report. So i requested a copy of report but can someone enlighten me how the scoring system works! As far as I can make all boxes in the A category have been ticked. Any advice would be most helpful,, Thank you

This will help. If A) has been marked on each activity it seems the assessor is recommending 0 points for each.0

The report is just a recommendation and makes up part of your evidence. Once the decision's been made if you're not happy then the first part of the appeal process is the Mandatory Reconsideration. If that fails then it's Tribunal.
