Feeling a bit sore

Well, had a fall down the stairs about the last 5 stairs or so,  hoping everywhere I'm feeling pain is just bruising.  Was 30 mins ago, I know to get checked if it lingers or gets worse. Worried about my spine more as its delicate. Will see how I wake up.
By the way the stairs are fine ?

I'm so sorry about this @Sandy_123 - I've fallen down the last few stairs myself before, & it shook me up, as well as hurting. Hope you're OK, & please let us know how you feel in the morning. Pleased the stairs are fine, but gentle hugs to you.

Thanks every one nothing broken apart from my ego.. just sore where I bumped, should be ok in a few days, little pain where I jolted my spine but not over working it today.
