Good morning @Gobbygirl66, I went to a car dealership 3 weeks ago, they sit there with you fill in all the paperwork for the mobility scheme, I myself had to pay a deposit, but that all depends on the car you want, I'm having to wait till around December to get my car, it is automatically taken out of your pip payments every 4 weeks, only starts once you are in procession of the vehicle,0

Morning Podiva43,thanks for that sounds quite straightforward will check it out.0

No, you don't need to tell DWP anything because the dealers do everything for you. If any advance payments need to be paid on the vehicle of your choice then this needs to be paid before you can collect the car, either on the day collection or anytime before. You also need Enhanced mobility with at least 12 months remaing on your award.0

Thanks poppy123456 for that information.0

Hi @Gobbygirl66
Just to let you know, I've amended the title of your thread incase anyone else has the same question in the future
If you have any other questions, please give us a shout and I hope your mobility car (if this is for you!) makes life that bit easier.

Does it trigger a change just went through a MR and can’t the stress of another review ?

Hello @Marie50. Getting a mobility car should not trigger a change or prompt a review.
