Owed backdated payment. Do they take off money owed?

Hi I'm due a backdated payment from pip

Do they take off money owed, as I had an advance payment when I applied for universal credit which I'm still paying back plus I have 2 old budgeting loans outstanding which I'm currently paying I spoke to dwp yesterday and the said my backdated payment was processing and was with management because of the amount it needs a higher level authorisation
Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for your response, I'd prefer if they did that one less thing to worry about and I'd have no more deductions
