I'm trying to renew my Blue Badge. I'm struggling to log on, and can't use the phone. Any ideas?

 am trying to renew my blue badge. I do not have a password to log on and every time I try to set one up it tries to change my wife's password because she has a blue badge as well and uses my e-mail address. I tried sending an e-mail but it has been ignored. As well as having mobility problems I am very hard of hearing so cannot use the phone. Anyone any ideas how I can get out of this ?

    Would it work if you set up another email address?  The system may not allow one email address with two different passwords.

    Just to let you know, I've moved your post and edited the title so that it's easier for other members to find. 

    Do you have your own account? 

    My first thought would be that you could use a different email address too. Would that be a possibility? You can set one up for free with a few different providers.

    Hi,

    Renewing a Blue Badge is exactly the same as applying the first time, so i agree with the others, try using a different email address. If you don't have access to one then it's fairly easy to set up a new one.
